Suitability Check

Applicant expresses interest in applying for a position either via our website, by email, or by telephone. Applicant is asked to provide a copy of their current resume via email. The resume is reviewed for employment history and experience. If unsuitable, (lack of experience, lack of training, does not drive), the recruitment process ends here and the applicant issued a rejection email.

An Interview

You are interviewed using the information provided and copies are made of your documentations, including all forms of ID, imms history, training/qualifications.
Following a positive document review, we undertake referencing and DBS check where necessary. Once this information is received, we will invite you for Induction.

Your Induction

We will take photo of you on arrival to create your ID badge. Then we will - 
* Compete Induction and remaining forms
* Issue your uniform
* Equip you with the Medicat referral scheme information  

Post-Assignment Follow Up

After your first shift, we will contact the employee for feedback or to discuss any queries/concerns they may have.  We will also contact the Client for their feedback on your performance.
